You also agree to accept legal service of process from the person who provided the DMCA notice. Your signature, either physical or electronic, as required by the DMCA. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will promptly restore the removed content, unless we are notified that the party who filed the DMCA notice has taken legal action to seek a court order preventing the restoration.
